Welcome to Sideline Hub. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sideline Hub mobile application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sideline Hub. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or illegal.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Use the Service to spam, scam, or deceive other users.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service or its security.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity to organisers or players, including faking verification.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, videos, comments, event details). By posting content, you grant Sideline Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the app.

You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload and that it does not violate any third party’s rights.

5. Events and Organisers

Sideline Hub provides a platform for users to organise, discover, and join football events. We are not the organiser of any event listed on the Service. Organisers are solely responsible for:

• The content, conduct, safety, and legality of their events.
• Resolving disputes with players, spectators, and other participants.
• Compliance with venue rules, local laws, and any required insurance or permits.

Participating in any event is at your own risk.

6. Identity Verification (Optional)

You may submit a government-issued ID to receive a verified badge. Submission is voluntary. We may approve, decline, or revoke verification at our discretion. A verified badge does not constitute an endorsement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Sideline Hub name, logo, app design, and underlying software are the property of Sideline Hub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably determine is harmful to the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIDELINE HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sideline Hub, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Service, content you post, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
